Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for processing required travel documentation. Schedule travel, including itineraries, hotel, and transportation, and ensure travel vouchers are submitted in a timely manner for settlement of expenses. Track team travel and ensure Trip Reports are completed and properly stored. Develop, submit, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders from initiation to delivery. Enter purchase requisitions into the procurement system after receiving contract funding actions in accordance with local purchase request policies. Assist with requests for reimbursement. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records. Maintain SharePoint sites and track Travel Requests, Overtime Requests, and Trip Reports. Prepare notes or after‑action summaries and track action items. Coordinate meetings, including handling logistics such as invitations and booking conference rooms. Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and perform ad‑hoc tasks to ensure smooth program operations. Required Qualifications Must be self‑motivated, work well in a team, and possess excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Active Secret Clearance Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of administrative experience. Desired Qualifications Desired skills in SAP Concur. Ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels in a dynamic work environment.
