Responsibilities

• Talent Coaching & Leadership: Drive regional performance by mentoring and evaluating Territorial Account Managers, helping them hit revenue quotas and achieve career advancement goals.
• Strategic Execution: Formulate and execute territory-level sales plans designed to increase overall market presence and meet top-line revenue targets.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Partner with the Sales Optimization Strategist to analyze performance KPIs and market shifts, translating metrics into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Fulfillment & Operational Alignment: Coordinate across Operations, Logistics/Warehousing, and field sales teams to guarantee seamless order processing and high client retention.
• Key Network Management: Foster strategic partnerships with top-tier accounts, distributors, and key commercial contacts across the region.
• Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-caliber Territorial Account Managers.
• Policy Compliance: Oversee regional compliance regarding standard pricing models, campaign promotions, and corporate operational standards.
