What You’ll Do Build outreach to landlords, tenants, and investors Support listing prep, marketing, property tours, and client meetings Work with CRM tools, research platforms, and workflow systems Shadow senior leadership in strategy, market evaluation, and deal execution Contribute to team-wide pipeline growth and reputation building Who You Are Strong communicator comfortable with calls and client interactions Organized, dependable, and motivated to learn Career-focused with a clear “why” for commercial real estate Texas Real Estate License (preferred or in progress) No CRE experience required—professionalism and consistency matter most What We Provide A structured development program designed to fast-track new agents into capable commercial advisors.
