We are a small, growing commercial general contracting firm seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who wants to grow with our company and become a valued long-term team member.  The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on commercial projects

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel

• Maintain project schedules and monitor progress

• Enforce safety standards and company policies

• Conduct site meetings and communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and subcontractors

• Ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications

• Resolve field issues and maintain project documentation

• Coordinate inspections and project closeout activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and safety regulations

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project activities

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $85,000 – $110,000, depending on experience
