Floor Technician

Our client, a healthcare and senior living services provider, is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join their team. As a Floor Technician, you will be an essential part of the Environmental Services department, supporting the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Floor Technician

Location: Loudon, TN

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 6:00 am- 3:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Execute floor care maintenance, including cleaning, stripping, waxing, and carpet care
• Ensure sanitation and waste disposal standards are met to maintain a welcoming environment for residents
• Assist with general Environmental Services (EVS) duties, including room cleaning when required
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively
• Support the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility to promote a positive environment

What's Needed?

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and proper use
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to wear uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
