Social Community Manager

Job Description We are seeking a Social Community Manager to join our team and help build, engage, and maintain a strong and thriving social media community. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams, creators, and agency partners to foster meaningful engagement across owned social channels while ensuring all interactions align with the brand's voice and values. Responsibilities Monitor comments, conversations, and engagement across social media channels on a daily basis. Engage with community members by responding to comments and direct messages when appropriate. Identify, analyze, and summarize community feedback, trends, and insights, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders. Ensure all public interactions align with established brand voice, tone, and legal guidelines. Stay current on industry news, cultural moments, emerging platforms, and social media trends to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation. Conduct competitive analysis and surface creative ideas to strengthen community engagement and social performance. Track and monitor daily social media post performance. Assist in preparing weekly social media analytics and performance reports. Support the scheduling and publishing of content across company social media channels. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Community Manager supporting a high-visibility consumer brand, preferably within the technology, media, or entertainment industries. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including: Instagram TikTok X (Twitter) Reddit Discord YouTube SnapchatExperience with social media management and engagement platforms such as SproutSocial. Strong knowledge of social media analytics, reporting methodologies, andperformance metrics. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Passion for social media, creator culture, digital trends, and the media/entertainmentlandscape. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise, technology, media, or entertainment brands. Familiarity with social listening, trend monitoring, and community engagement bestpractices.
