You will manage organic and paid social across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, partnering with content, design, and demand‑gen teams to ship campaigns that drive engagement, community growth, and pipeline. Key Responsibilities Own the social media strategy and content calendar across organic channels, publishing daily and maintaining a consistent brand voice Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and X, managing budgets against CAC and engagement targets Develop platform-native content formats — short-form video, carousels, threads — in partnership with design and creative teams Monitor community conversations, engage with followers and industry voices, and elevate insights to product and comms teams Build monthly reporting on reach, engagement, follower growth, and social-attributed pipeline; present findings to leadership Manage influencer and creator partnerships from sourcing through campaign measurement Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging formats; test and iterate quickly What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of social media management experience, ideally at a B2B or B2C tech company Hands-on expertise with scheduling and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and paid social platforms Proven track record growing channels and driving measurable engagement or pipeline impact Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences Experience with short-form video production or direction (CapCut, Canva, or similar) Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: experience building creator/influencer programs, managing social listening tools (Brandwatch, Talkwalker), or a personal portfolio of grown accounts #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
