Job Description:
Responsible for the assembly and inspection of medical devices under a microscope in a regulated cleanroom, following SOP's, using various tools, and reworking sub assemblies.
Key responsibilities:
- Assemble medical devices using microscopes and specialized tools.
- Follow SOPs, line clearance, work instructions, and safety requirements.
- Complete training and demonstrate correct use of travelers/routers, materials, and inspection tools.
- Perform equipment setup, operation, and in-process inspections.
- Use EFD dispensers, UV curing systems, and adhesives per safety guidelines.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections under a microscope.
- Support documentation, inventory counts, and material control.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on product integrity and process improvements.
Work environment:
- Regulated cleanroom; use of required PPE and adherence to contamination controls.
- Training period required; overtime and shift flexibility may be needed.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
