Integrity Staffing Group is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Blaster for a growing company in Catoosa, Oklahoma! This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial blasting experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity in a manufacturing environment.

JOB SUMMARY

The Industrial Blaster is responsible for preparing products for painting by properly cleaning, protecting, and profiling surfaces according to job instructions. This position will also assist with moving products to the paint booth, masking and protecting surfaces, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply the proper blast profile to products, ensuring all oil, dirt, and contaminants are removed.
• Mask and protect areas of products using tape and masking paper.
• Remove and properly dispose of tape and masking materials after paint has dried.
• Caulk cracks when necessary using pneumatic and hand-pump caulking guns.
• Move products into the paint booth and assist with coordinating workflow.
• Ensure the correct materials and kits are available with each unit.
• Sand and otherwise prepare surfaces for painting.
• Perform quality assurance checks and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain proper blast protection and equipment inventory levels.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of previous industrial blasting experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Intermediate math skills. Basic safety training required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand for extended periods, potentially the entire shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong range of motion. Ability to sit, stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and bend. Ability to walk on both even and uneven surfaces. Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures. Ability to wear all required PPE. Ability to read instructions and measuring devices. Ability to use hands and fingers to operate tools and handle small parts. Ability to access all areas of the facility. Some work may require working in tight spaces. Ability to maintain close vision, depth perception, and attention to detail.

PAY $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday Day Shift Weekends and overtime as needed
