Construction Safety Manager

Construction Safety Manager US, Chicago - 12 Month Contract Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company manufacturing plasma‑derived and recombinant therapeutic products that treat people with rare and serious diseases. We are searching on an exclusive basis to appoint a Construction Safety Manager on a 12‑month contractual basis. Responsibilities Lead site‑wide construction safety strategy and compliance. Oversee and audit contractor EHS performance. Review and approve contractor safety plans and mobilisation documentation. Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, LOTO, energy isolation and safe systems of work. Qualifications Degree preferred (Engineering Degree as a minimum). Extensive construction safety experience. Major pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or highly regulated industrial project experience. Previous owner‑side or owner’s representative experience.
