Sr. Project Manager

Senior Project Manager | Medical Device Product Development | Twin Cities, MN A collaborative, well-established medical device design, development, and manufacturing company in the Twin Cities is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex product development programs from concept through commercialization. You will own project plans end to end, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management, while acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This is a broad, high-visibility role within a business that works across a wide range of device types and therapeutic areas, giving you variety rather than being tied to a single product line. What You Will Be Doing Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to drive product development projects from concept through commercialization Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality system processes Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables Mentor and guide junior project managers in best practices What We Are Looking For A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, particularly in medical device or another highly regulated environment Proven experience managing complex projects with successful outcomes PMP certification highly preferred Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority Familiarity with FDA regulations and experience in the 510(k) process is a plus What You Get $140,000 to $160,000 base salary Up to 15% annual profit‑sharing bonus, hit at 90‑100% of target the last three years running Employer subsidized health insurance and employer paid dental Employer HSA contribution 401K with company match 9 paid holidays including your birthday, plus PTO and personal days Full‑time, on‑site, Twin Cities, MN. #J-18808-Ljbffr
