What You'll Do Execute and support high-impact marketing campaigns from planning through launch. Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, leadership, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution. Assist with campaign scheduling, promotions, events, and brand initiatives. Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to keep initiatives moving forward. Manage marketing calendars, documentation, presentations, and reporting. Provide administrative support to the marketing department and leadership team. Jump in on ad hoc marketing projects and special initiatives as business needs evolve. Identify opportunities to improve processes and help the team operate more efficiently. What We're Looking For Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
