Personal Lines Account Executive

Personal Lines Account Executive We are looking for an experienced and driven Personal Lines Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships. You'll work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide policy recommendations, and ensure they are adequately protected. - Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Conduct policy reviews, provide coverage recommendations, and assist clients with renewals and changes.
- Respond to client inquiries, address coverage questions, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products and coverages as appropriate.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and product changes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in an account management or executive role.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options.
- Proven track record of excellent client service and relationship management skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Insurance licensure (Property & Casualty) required.
- Salary up to $85,000 per year, based on experience.
