About the Company

Our client builds onboarding software for regulated and professional services organisations: the compliance, KYC and AML workflows that sit between "we want to work with you" and "you are a client". They launched with crypto-native customers (tokenised assets, agentic finance, neobanks), have 6 to 8 paying logos, revenue from month one, a healthy runway with a new raise underway, and a top-tier law firm now onboarding. The next chapter is Big Law, and this hire leads it.

About the Role

Why this role exists The founder has been selling. The product has pulled a law firm and several financial institutions in on its own. Now they need one person who already knows the people inside Big Law who buy and champion this kind of software, and can turn that network into a repeatable motion.

Responsibilities

• Own new business with AmLaw firms, selling to innovation, legal operations and procurement teams, with Big 4, risk advisory and investigations firms as a second lane.
• Work your network of partners in white collar investigations, sanctions, AML and KYC, asset recovery, M&A and disputes to open doors and build champions.
• Run full cycle enterprise deals of 4 to 6 months across innovation, practice partners, General Counsel, Risk and Compliance and procurement.
• Build the playbook from scratch: ICP, messaging, deck, pricing conversations, pilot structure, expansion motion.
• Work directly with the founder and the product team, bringing back what buyers say so the roadmap follows the market.

Required Skills

• 7 or more years in enterprise B2B software or services sales with closed deals at law firms you can speak to in detail. AmLaw 100 or 200 is ideal.
• A live network inside Big Law innovation and procurement teams. This is the core requirement.
• Relationships with attorneys in investigations, sanctions, compliance, asset recovery, M&A or disputes are a strong plus.
• Legal tech, legal AI, compliance, KYC, AML or client intake software background is a plus. So is a background selling investigations or forensic services into law firms.
• You have been a first or early sales hire somewhere, or opened a new vertical from zero.
• Senior enough to set strategy, hungry enough to still carry the bag.
• Crypto or digital asset fluency is a plus, not a requirement.

Pay range and compensation package

• Competitive base plus variable and equity, set by the founder.
• Process: conversation with the founder, two team interviews, then a short take home so both sides can see each other in action.
