Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location:

DeLand, FL | Flexible hybrid and field-based position. This role does not require being in the office every day, and significant time will be spent throughout the Central Florida community developing relationships and networking.

Note:

Candidates must be a Florida Licensed Title Agent and have 4+ years of title industry experience. We are especially interested in professionals with title insurance sales, marketing, or business development experience and established relationships within the Central Florida real estate community.

Job Description

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, referral partners, real estate professionals, lenders, and other industry contacts.
• Develop new business opportunities throughout the Central Florida market through networking, outreach, presentations, and community engagement.
• Create educational seminars, lunch-and-learns, sponsorship opportunities, and other relationship-building initiatives.
• Represent our title services professionally through in-person, digital, print, and community-based marketing.
• Partner closely with our title and marketing teams to develop creative business development strategies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of title insurance, closings, real estate transactions, and related services.
• Track business development activity, goals, relationships, opportunities, and results.
• Meet regularly with leadership to review metrics, challenges, opportunities, and growth strategies.
• Stay current on title insurance, real estate, and market developments that affect our clients and referral partners.
• Identify obstacles to growth and proactively develop solutions with the team.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Title Agent required.
• 4+ years of title industry experience required.
• Experience with a title agency or law firm handling title-related services.
• Strong title insurance sales, marketing, account management, or business development experience preferred.
• Existing relationships with real estate professionals, vendors, referral partners, or other relevant industry contacts strongly preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who can independently schedule meetings, build outreach initiatives, and pursue new opportunities.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with title, legal, operations, and marketing teams.
• Working knowledge of title closings and processing.
• Notary license preferred or willingness to obtain one after hire.
• Spanish language skills, marketing education, or additional real estate industry experience are a plus.
