About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Revenue Operations and Strategy. This executive will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and C-suite, leading a global team that spans various go-to-market functions. The role involves overseeing corporate planning, providing strategic leadership for resource allocation, and ensuring accurate sales and revenue forecasts. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, driving company performance, and developing the operations executive team. They must have a proven track record in revenue operations, deep expertise in forecasting and analytics, and the ability to influence senior leaders. The VP will also be instrumental in building the right infrastructure to support the company's growth while maintaining its culture.
Candidates for the VP position should have at least 15 years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market strategy within complex, global organizations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optimizing revenue processes and technologies, as well as a data-driven mindset with experience in financial planning and reporting. They should be adept at leading through change, committed to operational excellence, and capable of fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. The role demands an individual with exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to influence stakeholders, and a commitment to driving sustained, predictable revenue growth.
