About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Global Revenue Operations & Enablement to lead the operational backbone of its global go-to-market organization. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining a unified system of record, forecast cadence, planning discipline, and enablement engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the CRM end-to-end, installing a single forecast methodology, designing the global compensation framework, and building the global enablement function. The role demands a senior leader with a proven track record in building and scaling global RevOps/Sales Ops and Enablement functions, particularly in the financial services, payments, or regulated industry. The SVP will also be at the forefront of applying AI to the revenue engine and will be expected to lead the design and execution of global and regional sales kickoffs.
Applicants for the SVP position should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to standardize a global operating system while respecting local go-to-market practices. The role requires a leader who is deeply fluent in Salesforce/CRM at the architecture and governance level and is credible in compensation and territory design. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple regions with different market and regulatory realities and will be adept at working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment. The SVP will be a key player in the company's mission to revolutionize the world of payments, and as such, a strong sense of purpose and a passion for innovation are essential.
