Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering strong, trusting relationships while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discuss treatment plans, address any issues, and determine appropriate discharge timelines when goals have been met.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, ensuring a person-centered approach.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your practice will be to provide therapeutic support to a varied patient demographic, which includes adults seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as minors who may benefit from family therapy or counseling related to academic pressures and social challenges. You will adhere to best practices in mental health to support each client in achieving their personal therapy goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation with no restrictions.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology, including experience with MS Office applications (specifically Excel and Outlook), RMS systems, and practice management software such as PIMSY.
