Key Qualifications:

• Holds or eligible for a current FL Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcome
• Prior experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
• Expertise in pediatric speech and language therapy
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and families

What You’ll Do:

• Provide targeted speech and language services to elementary students in a supportive environment
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs
• Collaborate on IEP development and participate in occasional team meetings
• Document progress and maintain compliance with educational and healthcare regulations
• Utilize current technology and evidence-based practices to maximize student outcomes
• Engage with a small, manageable caseload and enjoy a guaranteed 6 hours of onsite presence per week (with occasional IEP meetings)
