Make a difference in the lives of elementary students by providing high-quality speech-language pathology services in a dynamic educational setting near Hialeah, FL. This contract opportunity is ideal for SLPs passionate about supporting young learners as part of a collaborative school-based team.

You'll deliver services onsite, working closely with students and educators from ASAP through June 1, 2027, making a positive impact throughout the academic year.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid Florida SLP license
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Familiarity with school-based and healthcare SLP practices
• Ability to manage IEP processes (IEP meetings are infrequent)
• Willingness to work 6 guaranteed hours per week in an onsite capacity
• Commitment to evidence-based pediatric intervention strategies
• CFY candidates welcome, CCC preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Assess and document student progress, and participate in the development of IEP goals
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize student growth
• Deliver services consistent with school-based requirements and ethical standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development and utilize mentorship resources
