Executive Director, Healthcare Market (HED) - Ohio Ecosystem

Executive Director, Field Leadership & Strategic Accounts Lead the vision of integrating the health‑care ecosystem by partnering with customers to improve outcomes and reduce costs. Responsibilities Lead development and execution of local ecosystem plans aligned with Genentech and Squad strategies. Drive business performance, set priorities, and identify partnership opportunities across therapeutic areas. Build, lead, and grow a cross‑functional team of therapeutic area experts, reimbursement specialists, and clinical education professionals. Partner with the Medical Affairs Executive Director to develop strategic vision, local plans, and identify cross‑functional partnership opportunities. Integrate customer, payer, provider, and health‑system priorities to create comprehensive ecosystem assessments. Apply a P&L mindset, managing resources responsibly to maximize impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree. Cross‑functional industry experience in commercial life sciences. Demonstrated ability to achieve financial, quantitative, and customer engagement metrics in accounts such as private payer, public payers, and hospital systems. Experience developing and implementing strategic plans in complex healthcare environments including contracting strategy. Leadership experience driving brand revenue growth. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional account teams and operate effectively under ambiguity. Track record of successful partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders. Preferred: Strong business acumen and commercial insight, preferably MBA. Relocation benefits to Ohio available. Benefits & Compensation Salary range $247,700 - $459,900 (primary location Ohio). Discretionary annual bonus may be available based on performance. Field‑based position with overnight travel required. Mandatory driving requirements; company may check motor vehicle record.
