Job Family:Technology ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Top Secret SCI with PolygraphWhat You Will Do:From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, equipping organizations with best-in-class enterprise solutions to support our clients’ mission and enable transformative growth.As a Workday Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the organizational change journey associated with Workday implementations.You’ll bring expertise in change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communications to help federal clients adopt new ways of working. Your role will be pivotal in aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve successful outcomes and long-term value.As a Workday Change Management Consultant, your project assignments and development activities may include:Applying a structured change management approach to create and implement strategies and communications, draft communication materials, facilitate sponsor and stakeholder meetings, and develop change management deliverables specific to a Workday implementationSupporting and leading the development of change management, communication, and adoption strategiesSupporting the development of communication plans and collateral with a wide array of stakeholdersMeasuring the effectiveness of change strategies and activitiesUtilizing and aligning to Workday methodology and leading practicesPreparing for and leading internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and leadership briefingsWhat You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI) with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "TOP SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.Bachelor’s degreeTHREE (3) or more years of change management experience in ERP implementationWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Prior Workday experience as subject matter expert and/or consultantProsci, CCMP or other similar Change Management certificationProficiency with Microsoft Office productsStrong writing, communication and project management skillsStrong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to develop and cultivate relationships with internal team, clients, and other partners Experience working in Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM) environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today Familiarity or experience working with Department of War and/or Intelligence Community customersThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
