We are looking for a full-service, high-energy, people-first Assistant General Managers for this growing brand! Be a part of a restaurant brand where guests enjoy great food and good times with their family & friends! If you have Full Service restaurant experience in upscale or casual full-service dining with a full bar and are looking to take the next step, please apply today! Assistant General Manager Full Service Dining Requirements:- 1 years of recent experience in full-service dining
- Understand and manage restaurant financial reports with Management Team
- Uphold brand standards in all departments
- Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong floor presence
- Assist in the hiring, training, motivating, coaching & developing the staff
- Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
- Assist in ordering, inventories, P&L, and cost management
