Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join its finance group in Boston, MA. The role focuses on commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. Candidates with experience in this area are preferred but not required. Duties Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals. Produce timely and accurate deliverables.
