Job Title

Passers must have previous food service experience within a similar role and have a hands on approach, be an excellent communicator, ensure customers are served promptly & courteously, and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.

Essential Functions

1. Provide superior customer service to our guests. Assist in patron food and beverage selection, presenting menu and answering patron questions regarding menu, cuisine and beverages.
2. Transmit orders to bar and kitchen identifying patron special requests and any dietary restrictions
3. Serve orders, maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing beverages, utensils, and ensuring guests requests or issues are handled promptly and courteously
4. Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment venue
• Superb customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solver and team player
• Flexible with varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Must have reasonable knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull food trays, carts, chairs and tables up to 40lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
