Brill USA is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to cover the Northeast region . This field-based role focuses on promoting innovative eye care solutions while building strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Territory Expansion & Market Awareness Establish and expand Brill's presence within the assigned territory. Raise awareness of Brill's medical device portfolio and generate demand among ophthalmologists and optometrists. Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and customer engagement. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Identify and segment potential customers. Integrate Brill's medical devices into healthcare protocols. Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Customer Engagement & Training Conduct product demonstrations and clinical trainings. Educate healthcare professionals on the optimal use of Brill's products. Organize clinical sessions and peer-to-peer educational meetings to drive product adoption. Account & Relationship Management Manage a portfolio of approximately 100–120 customers across 40–50 accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Drive growth within key accounts, including payors. Operational Excellence & Reporting Monitor and evaluate sales performance. Prepare structured weekly reports. Attend relevant industry conferences and events. Ensure adherence to budget guidelines. Collaborate with leadership to address challenges and optimize sales performance. Duties Field-Based Responsibilities During the term of employment, the employee will serve as a Regional Clinical Account Manager (Sales Representative) for the Company and will devote full-time professional effort toward achieving the Company's commercial and clinical objectives. Approximately 80% of working time will be dedicated to field-based activities within the assigned territory, including: Conducting in-person customer visits Performing product demonstrations Delivering clinical training sessions Developing and expanding customer accounts Building relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers The remaining 20% of working time may be performed remotely from the employee's home or another approved location and will include: Planning field visits and customer outreach activities Conducting virtual meetings with healthcare providers Managing administrative responsibilities and reporting Coordinating logistics and scheduling activities Executing online educational sessions and follow-up communications Territory Assignment The initial assigned territory will include the following primary states: New York (NY) Connecticut (CT) Massachusetts (MA) These states will serve as the primary focus for proactive promotional activities. Additional neighboring states may receive limited reactive and remote promotional support as needed. The Company reserves the right to adjust territory assignments at its discretion based on evolving business needs, sales force expansion, or territory realignment strategies. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related technical training in optometry, opticianry, or a related field. Experience Up to 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Preferred experience as a sales representative within ophthalmology or optometry. Skills & Competencies Effective Communication & Analytical Insight Ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse healthcare professionals. Strong analytical skills to assess markets, develop sales strategies, and manage key accounts. Customer Relationship Management Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Agility & Professional Growth Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Additional Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internet-based applications. Valid driver's license required.
