What You'll Do Connect with company-provided leads and turn opportunities into active loan applications Learn each borrower's financial goals and structure mortgage options that make sense for their situation Review credit, income, assets, and documentation to determine qualification and loan options Manage your borrower relationships and pipeline from the first conversation through closing Partner with Denali's in-house processing team to keep files moving and resolve issues efficiently Stay consistent with borrower communication, follow-up, and pipeline management Maintain accurate, compliant loan files in accordance with applicable lending requirements Develop strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals What We're Looking For Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers ready to grow their production Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills Confidence speaking with prospective borrowers and handling objections Consistent follow-up and strong pipeline management Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Coachable, accountable, and team-oriented Mortgage origination experience preferred Denali Funding Group NMLS #2648724 Denali Funding Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
