About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its marketing services division, which is dedicated to helping brands forge more meaningful human connections and create effective marketing. The successful candidate will be a senior executive leader with a focus on business growth, client development, and strategic leadership. This role is pivotal in scaling the business and diversifying the client base, with a strong emphasis on the seller-doer model, where the Managing Director will be expected to drive new client acquisition, develop senior-level relationships, and represent the company in various strategic and executive-level engagements. The ideal candidate will have a significant background in marketing services and agency leadership, a proven track record in business development, and a network of senior marketing and business relationships. Experience in both large and boutique agency environments, as well as a background in leading experiential marketing and brand activations, is highly valued. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company's marketing services division should be entrepreneurial, strategic, commercially driven, and creatively inspired.
