Attorneys are expected to earn over $100,000 in their second year, even if they are recent law school graduates. Excellent training program: open‑door policy, quarterly bonuses, and profit sharing directly tied to the collection of your fees. Partially remote schedule after the initial training period, with flexibility and respect for your personal life. No weekly evening or weekend work expectations unless you prefer those hours or have a trial scheduled. Dedicated billing & intake team so you can focus on law, not logistics. Participation in a robust training program for courtroom skills, client management, and family law practice. Responsibilities Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, post‑judgment issues, grandparenting rights, and appellate work. Handle your own full caseload and manage client relationships with empathy and strategy. Appear regularly in court, attend mediations and depositions, and take ownership of litigation from day one (with mentorship and support as needed). We take cases to trial, and you should be willing to do so. Draft motions, pleadings, and legal arguments at a high level. Some attorneys handle appellate work and there is an option to grow into a full‑time appellate position. Expectations & Requirements Minimum: 110 billable hours per month (1,300–1,400 annually) with bonus tiers for performance. Demonstrated interest or experience in family law litigation.
