The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively while managing a dynamic caseload. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, demonstrate --+ strong clinical and communication skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care. Experience with OASIS documentation is preferred; however, we are happy to provide training for candidates who are willing to learn.
