Production Technician I

The Production Technician I supports the foam line production by assisting with setup, material handling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. This position focuses on learning the foam manufacturing processes under direct supervision.

Skills and Requirements:

• 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (foam or chemical preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb stairs, and work in heat and noise.
