Your 2026 main character arc involves leading a top-tier salon team as our newest Salon Manager. We are looking for a licensed cosmetologist or barber with leadership experience who is ready to manage a busy floor and earn $24–$27 per hour. When you include tips, bonuses earning potential reaches $40-$50/hr. This position is all about balance and growth, featuring weekly pay, a 401(k) with a match, and paid sick and vacation time to make sure you’re living your best life inside and outside the salon!
