This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transactional real estate and business client matters, as well as light litigation cases. Daily Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of transactional real estate and business client matters
• Assist with light litigation cases related to real estate and business matters
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal services
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Participate in client meetings and court appearances as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in real estate law, business law, and estate planning
• Drive to assist clients with a variety of legal matters

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $200,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), vacation leave, and more.
