Overview A law firm seeks a Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home Litigation Attorney in Boston, MA. This role involves advocating for vulnerable community members, including elderly residents and their families, who have experienced neglect and abuse in nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Responsibilities Handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death cases from pre-suit investigation through trial. Utilize technology to manage cases effectively throughout their lifecycle. Build compelling cases through discovery, expert development, depositions, and motion practice. Guide clients and families with compassion and clarity during difficult times. Collaborate with leading medical experts and consultants. Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials. Develop case strategies that maximize outcomes and accountability. Serve as a trusted advocate for clients seeking justice and closure. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the applicable State Bar. 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally involving medical negligence/malpractice, catastrophic injury, and/or nursing home matters. Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage a significant caseload. Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities.
