Responsibilities Provide member service and maintain the checkout area. Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services. Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and for all membership and payment types. Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership, zone the area, and organize merchandise. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management. Provide guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology and daily transactions. Train and mentor other Member Frontline Services associates on company policies, procedures, and new technology. Identify shrink and damage and secure club assets and property. Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners, and use data and resources to manage tasks. Adhere to ethics, integrity, and Walmart values; hold oneself and others accountable. Follow security and safety procedures, including emergency response and compliance with company security and safety practices. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register) and mobile retail applications. Additional premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Walmart maintains a drug‑free workplace.
