Reporting Analyst

6 Month Contract with possibility of extension Fully Remote Position Key Responsibilities Track and maintain participant data and attendance lists across multiple programs and workstreams Distribute surveys, monitor responses, and compile results into structured datasets Clean, validate, and organize data in Excel to ensure accuracy and usability Support the development of metrics and insights from training and program data Assist with training coordination and logistics (scheduling, communications, materials tracking) Contribute to Power BI dashboards for reporting (final outputs) Provide ad hoc operational and program support across the broader team as needed Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in a data, program coordination, or analyst-type role, ideally within pharma, or healthcare Strong proficiency in Excel (data organization, cleaning, basic analysis) High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously Strong organizational and basic project management skills Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to execute independently Strong communication skills and a personable, team-oriented approach Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (not required, but a plus) Experience supporting training programs, survey data collection, or program analytics #J-18808-Ljbffr Medasource
