Business Data Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Business Data Analyst for one of our customers in the Life Sciences industry. This role supports a commercial Master Data Management (MDM) platform focused on governing and enhancing businesscritical master data. You'll partner closely with commercial and IT stakeholders to identify unmanaged or spreadsheet-based data, bring it into the MDM ecosystem, apply governance, and syndicate it for enterprise use. The role involves hands-on data analysis, working with thirdparty data sources, supporting ingestion into core platforms, documenting processes, and helping the business establish ownership and standards for master data definitions. Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), including data governance and data management principles
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write SQL queries (Databricks preferred)
- Experience profiling and analyzing data
- Experience writing UAT test scripts and test scenarios


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Python development experience
- SAP PIM / product master data experience
