Job Overview A law firm seeks an ERISA Associate Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves defending and litigating lawsuits related to benefits and ERISA claims, with a focus on class and complex litigation. The position offers flexibility to work from additional offices. Duties Defend and litigate a broad range of benefits and ERISA claims. Focus on class and complex litigation, including matters before the DOL. Engage in federal court litigation. Handle complex e‑discovery processes. Requirements 5+ years of experience in benefits, class, or sophisticated litigation preferred. Current Louisiana Bar admission. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Education JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Certifications Bar admission in Louisiana. Skills Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.
