* Monitor production processes and adjust settings to maintain quality standards.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
* Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
* Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC milling operations.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
* Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
* Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
* Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
