Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets \n
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent \n
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business preferred \n
- 3–5 years of sales experience (private club, hospitality, golf, real estate, or luxury services preferred). \n
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. \n
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. \n
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. \n
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and events as needed. \n
