Escrow AssistantEstablished and growing boutique title company seeks experienced escrow assistant to support the end to end process required to reliably complete the purchase, sale, and financing of luxury real estate in Dallas/Fort WorthPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service and build trusted relationships with stakeholdersOrganize and prioritize transaction requirements under direction of Escrow OfficerCoordinate timely, confidential, and clear communication between all partiesAssemble, prepare, and review closing documentsEstablish escrow accounts by depositing funds and maintaining recordsSupport formal closing activities, either in-office or remotelyDisburse funds in timely, secure, and precise mannerCoordinate final closing documentsExperience, Education, and SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPassionate commitment to exceeding stakeholder expectationsProficiency with Microsoft Office and OutlookExperience with title and escrow settlement software preferredPositive, "can-do", and collaborative attitudeAbility to multi-task, prioritize and self-direct in a complex, fast-paced, and time-sensitive environmentCollege degree and/or three years of relevant work experience preferred
