The Martindale Law Group is a fast-growing personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for justice and delivering exceptional service to our clients. As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a creative, organized, and people-oriented Legal Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging content, and providing outstanding client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and passionate about helping others while supporting the firm's marketing, client intake, and referral relationship efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for the firm's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar that aligns with the firm's brand and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond promptly to comments and messages.
• Showcase case results, client testimonials, community involvement, and educational legal content.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Conduct intake interviews to gather essential information about potential cases.
• Accurately enter client information into the firm's case management system.
• Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the firm's referral partners, including medical providers and fellow attorneys.
• Provide regular updates and maintain consistent communication with referral sources.
• Coordinate appreciation efforts, newsletters, and occasional in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate referral records and assist with referral tracking and recognition.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
