Sales Training Manager

To enhance sales effectiveness, the full-time remote Sales Training Manager will develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards. Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver live and virtual training programs, including onboarding and continuous education Create scalable onboarding experiences and manage the content lifecycle for training materials Conduct training needs analysis and design programs to address skill gaps in collaboration with sales leadership Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in medical device and pharmaceutical sales Formal experience in corporate sales training, preferably in medical devices Familiarity with modern learning technologies, including AI-generated content Strong understanding of sales processes, industry regulations, and emerging trends in the medical field Virtual Vocations Inc
