Civil Engineer

We are a growing civil engineering firm seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 2+ years of experience in land development and site design to join our Saratoga Springs team. This role offers hands-on project involvement, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities Prepare civil site design plans including grading, drainage, utilities, erosion & sediment control, and roadway layouts Assist with site feasibility studies, reports, and permit applications Perform stormwater management and hydrology calculations Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and other design disciplines Support municipal submissions and respond to agency comments Assist with construction phase services as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in civil site/land development design Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Familiarity with NYS codes, local municipal standards, and permitting processes EIT certification preferred or ability to obtain Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health benefits, PTO, and paid holidays Professional development and PE support Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Long-term growth opportunities within the firm To apply, submit resume to View email address on click.appcast.io Joseph P.
