Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $50.75-56.39 Hourly + Benefits and 401k Start Date: Jul 22, 2026 The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing compelling omnichannel creative strategies that drive business impact for our clients advertisers. This role combines strategic marketing expertise, storytelling, and creative problem-solving to develop innovative solutions that align advertiser goals with the customer-first ecosystem. Partnering closely with Art Directors, Sales, Marketing, Product, and cross‑functional teams, the Creative Strategist will develop forward‑thinking marketing narratives, creative frameworks, and campaign strategies that influence brands and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who understands digital media, advertising trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape—and can translate insights into persuasive, actionable creative solutions. This role requires a strong communicator and collaborator who can manage complex projects, influence stakeholders, present ideas with confidence, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities continuously evolve. PLEASE NOTE: This role is onsite 5 days required in NJ, SF or AR Key Responsibilities Develop innovative, forward‑thinking marketing and creative solutions for advertisers through strategic creative thought partnership. Create omnichannel creative strategies that align advertiser objectives with business goals, consumer insights, and the broader marketing ecosystem. Partner with Art Directors to develop compelling creative concepts, frameworks, presentations, and storytelling narratives. Lead strategic planning sessions with Product, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Retail Marketing, and Site Merchant teams to develop actionable media and marketing strategies. Develop and execute business strategies for priority brands, ensuring alignment between marketing objectives, customer needs, and measurable outcomes. Translate data, market trends, and consumer insights into clear creative strategies and recommendations. Curate, author, and present persuasive creative narratives across internal teams, advertisers, and executive stakeholders. Build customer‑facing communications, presentations, and strategic reports that clearly articulate creative opportunities and business impact. Partner with Marketing Operations to define success metrics, evaluate performance, forecast resource needs, and measure campaign impact. Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Establish strong connections between advertiser initiatives and the broader marketing strategies to ensure consistency across customer messaging. Navigating ambiguity by identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and adapting strategies as priorities evolve. Qualifications 10+ years of marketing, creative strategy, advertising, or digital media experience. Experience within multi‑brand retail, technology platforms, advertising agencies, brands, or media companies preferred. Proven experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies and customer‑facing communications. Strong understanding of digital advertising, social platforms, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize innovative creative solutions and translate ideas into business strategies. Experience partnering cross‑functionally with sales, product, marketing, operations, and creative teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive‑level presentations and strategic narratives.
