$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. M-F 40 hours weekly guaranteed with flexible schedule options

1:8-10 patient ratio with one-on-one treatment sessions

Outpatient clinic setting

Ages 16-65, no geriatrics or pediatrics

No trauma or neuro cases

1 hour evaluations, 30 minute treatment sessions
