Help build the brand before opening day What You’ll Do Lead Generation & Brand Awareness (Pre-Opening Focus) Act as the face of Dogtopia – Generate excitement and awareness in the local community. Build a pre-opening waitlist – Drive early sign-ups for Meet & Greets and memberships before launch. Engage with local businesses & community organizations – Form strategic partnerships within the community to generate leads. Attend & host local events – Represent Dogtopia at pet expos, farmers markets, and networking events to drive awareness of Dogtopia. Execute grassroots marketing campaigns – Distribute promotional materials and leverage guerrilla marketing tactics. Grow brand awareness on social media – Promote Dogtopia through engaging content, giveaways, and collaborations. Sales & Customer Acquisition Convert leads into scheduled Meet & Greets – Proactively follow up with inquiries and interested pet parents. Drive early enrollments – Pre-sell enrollment packages ahead of opening to secure longterm customers. Showcase Dogtopia’s benefits – Communicate why Dogtopia is the best daycare choice for their pup. Create a referral program – Encourage parents and local businesses to spread the word. Customer Engagement & Retention (Post-Opening Focus) Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community – Build excitement among parents and their pups. Organize in-store events & promotions – Strengthen relationships with early customers. Enhance parent appreciation efforts – Ensure parents feel valued and keep them coming back.
