This position plays a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, inventory coordination, route management, and communication between pharmacy staff, drivers, and facilities. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily pharmacy deliveries and transportation schedules Communicate with drivers, nursing facilities, and pharmacy staff regarding delivery updates Monitor and maintain accurate delivery logs and records Assist with inventory tracking and supply coordination Ensure timely and accurate shipment of medications and pharmacy supplies Help resolve delivery or transportation issues quickly and professionally Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations Support pharmacy operations as needed Qualifications: Previous logistics, dispatching, transportation, or healthcare coordination experience preferred Pharmacy or long-term care experience is a plus Strong computer and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and professional attitude required #J-18808-Ljbffr
