What You’ll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. Supervise and support team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Assist in training and mentoring staff to uphold company policies and procedures. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with management to meet operational goals and maintain a positive work environment. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team. A proactive and problem solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
