Power Platform Technical Consultant - up to $120K + bonus
\nClient-Facing Developer / Technical Consultant | Power Platform
\n \nOur client, a leading Microsoft partner, is looking for a client-facing Power Platform Technical Consultant to join their growing delivery team. This role blends hands-on technical development with direct client engagement, guiding organizations through the design, build, and rollout of Power Platform solutions that solve real business problems.
\n \nThe Role
\n- \n
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, shape solution design, and translate business processes into scalable Power Platform builds \n
- Design, build, and configure solutions across Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse \n
- Lead or support workshops, demos, and UAT sessions as the technical face of the project \n
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 (F&O / Business Central) and other Microsoft technologies \n
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support to client stakeholders \n
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical documentation, and best-practice standards \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Proven experience developing solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse; Power BI a plus) \n
- Strong client-facing skills — confident leading conversations with business and technical stakeholders alike \n
- Experience with Power Platform customization: JavaScript, C#, Plugins, PCF components, and/or Power Fx \n
- Familiarity with the wider Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (Business Central and/or F&O) is highly desirable \n
- Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, security models, and ALM/DevOps practices \n
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a consulting, client-delivery environment \n
- Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) are a strong plus \n
